Love these. I have been a member of the group for about a year and never post. I love these quick exercises that I can fit into my day. I work a 3rd shift and that makes it hard to do a full 60 minutes of ST every day but these QFCs are great. Thanks again.
Now if I could just get my eating habits back in check the weight will come off. :).

Sorry, duh I do get it now. I just had been looking at a ten minute workout but after looking longer I figured out most things are done throughout the day not in 10 minute increments. Forgive me for having a brain lapse! Thanks! De

Question- These things (exercises) I read somewhere up there are supposed to be cumulative? That makes a ten minute exercise period turn in to like 60 in a week. Soon we'll be exercising all the time. How do y'all do that? I hope I'm not asking a dumb question but I just don't get it.

I go to the library for any exercise or dieting meal plan and workout book, my latest is The Business Plan For The Body, by Jim Karas. It is a for less of a big eater like myself . because i worry alot about not eating i eat. I am getting over all that at sparkspeople and I have lost 2pounds so far. One day on this diet . along with lots of weeks before exercise (maybe 2 weeks )

Your QuickFire Challenge to create your own Fitness Playlist(s). There are several on-line sites you can do this, or even make your own at home, any way you chose. If you like, you can share them here in order to "Spark" someone else with a tune they may have not thought of - or may have forgotten. You can share a link to a site - or simply list those songs that are in your repertoire.
Every bit of movement you add to your day will certainly help! Small changes can make huge differences over time. For example, think about that 120 calories/day. Since there are about 3500 calories in a pound of fat, 120 calories/day works out to about a pound of fat per month. That's 12 pounds in year, and 120 pounds in a decade ;-)
