Every bit of movement you add to your day will certainly help! Small changes can make huge differences over time. For example, think about that 120 calories/day. Since there are about 3500 calories in a pound of fat, 120 calories/day works out to about a pound of fat per month. That's 12 pounds in year, and 120 pounds in a decade ;-)
