For those of you who want a challenge, please read on.
Most of you by now will be in a routine, and hopefully will be tracking your meals and exercise already.
The challenge this week is to do something a little different. For each additional 5 minutes you exercise beyond your normal levels, give yourself 10 points. Also, for each NEW exercise / activity you try, give yourself 15 points. Add up your points (either post daily or keep a note of them) and post at the end of the week.
This challenge will run through to Monday 27 August.
