Last week I tried a new fish from Australia. It's a very mild, sweet, white fish called Barramundi. It was fantastic. It's low in fat and high in Omega-3s. And it is environmentaly friendly (sustainable). I baked mine with 1 pat garlic seasoned butter, 1 T white wine and a Tble. of panko on each fillet.
Not sure what I'll find for this week. It will be a challenge. cher
not if it was seasonal fruits and veggies -- a new type of kaleor other green, a different root vegetable, a new type of citrus fruit, brussel sprouts, parsnips -- all of these things are in season now and shouldn't be crazy expensive
