I have been drinking lots of water. I get at least 10 glasses a day in and aim for 12. Today I got in 16. I'm feeling very dehydrated. I think I'm getting ready for my monthly visitor, too, Cricket. UGH!
I find that keeping a 32 oz. water container filled makes it very easy for me to drink the required amount. I start first thing in the morning but try to stop around 7:00 or so, so I'm not up all night going to the bathroom. Water also helps to keep me feeling full, which is helpful with the calorie counting.
