What is one of your filling, healthy, and easy recipes? One of my new found favorites is.....a bit of olive oil in the skillet.....heated. Add one half of an onion and one slivered green pepper. Sauté the vegetables. When almost tender crisp, add some frozen salad shrimp and some fajita seasoning. It is amazingly delicious and low in fat as well as high in vegetables! This really fills me up for supper.
