That's funny. I missed the exact amount of days during the same time frame as you lol I've read that some people do (2) workouts per day til they catch up but only on the first month. It'd be too much for the second month. I tried it and it wasn't bad. I was able to keep up but I've decided to just start where I leave off IF I happen to miss another day. As long as you continue to do it you should be fine. I'll be doing Fit test #2 in 2 days!
I went for two whole weeks, doing extremely well. Then I became sick, and I started working a lot more hours. I skipped a few videos. And as of tonight I've skipped four days. I was going to start back up tomorrow where I left off and continue on with my goals.
Have any of you done this before? Skipped days here and there and just continued on when you were ready? Do you feel like you don't get as much out of the whole program if you stop?
I'm just looking for opinions. I feel like it hasn't been ruined, but I potentially could get more out of it, if I sat down and scheduled everything out better so it WOULD happen.
I'm gonna keep at it the best I can. Was just hoping other people were the same way.
