Hey there - I totally agree with the prior poster! You're doing great! If you watch the super fit people in the videos - they need to stop and take breaks regularly too! You're going to get better as the weeks go on!! Just dig deep and do the best you can!

Okay, so I did my first two days and my quads and hammies are KILLING me. I love it. (I'm a touch sadistic.) Tomorrow is Cardio recovery.... We'll see how it goes. I'm doing about 70% of the work out right now. My upper body is weak, but getting better. I think I expected myself to be able to do all of this right off the bat. . . I'm getting through the whole workout but I need to take extra breaks. . . I'm assuming that's pretty normal given the intensity of this program. :)
