Songwriter--I also missed 4 workouts last week & weight gain of 4lbs.
I hit the reset button on Monday & lost the weight I gained now I trying to lose my personal goal loss for the week. Definitely been going to bed hungry. Watching my calories for sure. This will be my 1st week that I have finished the workout calendar as written. Month 2 is no joke.

Way to go on hitting your reset button! emoticon

Get my body back on track after Thanksgiving ! I missed 4 days of workouts. So far this week I've done my 3 morning workouts and added 10-30 minutes of extra exercise each day - on the way !

My Goal for the week is to track food and work outs each day. When I don't do that is when I set myself up to not be as successful. To do a work out every day and stay with in calorie and protein goals. emoticon

It's the middle of the week, but it's not too late to set more goals!

I've been doing an awesome job sticking to DOING the workouts...now it's time to implement the proper nutrition. The goal for the rest of the week is to kick the sugar-bingeing habit...ice cream isn't going to fuel my workouts, but some nice proteins and veggies might do the trick! ;)

I'm in week 3 for Insanity. I missed a few days last week but my mind is right and ready.
1. No skipping days. Stick to the workout plan or find alternatives if my knees are really bad.
2. Complete a full video. I'm down to 20-30 minutes last week.
3. Bring it - work hard at each workout. No half-ass.

Just started the Insanity program. My goals this week are:

1. Complete all workouts for the week
2. Lose any inches or pounds (not picky lol)
3. Cut back on sodas and increase my water intake

I've just started my third week of Insanity and I've already lost 4.5 lbs and in some of my fit test exercises I did almost 30 more! Woohoo! I feel excellent! I've also lost almost 1 inch all over my body! I just hope I can keep it up...I've heard the second month is tough, but I am a fierce female and I am strong and determined to complete these two months! I am going to be starting insanity this week, and i haven't worked out much in a couple of months, so my goal for this week, is to finish this week. From what i remember from p90x is that after the the first day with the push ups and pulls ups i was so sore the next day i didn't know i could get that sore. Then there was plyo... So my goal for this week is to simply finish the week.

Unfortunately, I will probably end up missing my 190 goal, but that's ok. I am still looking to close out round 1 of Insanity on a strong note. My goal is to finish as strong as possible and incorporate 3 to 4 strength training days along with my normal 6 days of Insanity. Time for me to work on some tone. Once I set enough money aside, then I'll be looking into picking up P90X.

The words "I can't" are like a cancerous disease...they eat at you until there is nothing left to consume. By saying "I can't" you are killing yourself before even giving yourself so much as a chance to live. I WILL push forward, I WILL dig deep, and I WILL succeed at achieving my goals. Thus, I WILL live on!

Goals this week: 1st was to set a week goal; the goal I chose is to lose 2 lbs and increase activity. Insanity everyday with the day break, focus on total gym workouts and maybe add zumba 3x/week. Goals this week: 1st was to set a week goal; the goal I chose is to lose 2 lbs and increase activity. Insanity everyday with the day break, focus on total gym workouts and maybe add zumba 3x/week. Make it through week 3 with double workouts on MWFand Saturday with kettlebell training. Control my eating better, limit sugar grams .

My goal for next week is going to be to try to limit my soreness as I enter the second month. My understanding is that you encounter another round of soreness since the workouts are longer, and apparently more rigorous. Additionally, I plan to dig deep and break the meanest possible sweat. I am REALLY looking forward to month 2!

The words "I can't" are like a cancerous disease...they eat at you until there is nothing left to consume. By saying "I can't" you are killing yourself before even giving yourself so much as a chance to live. I WILL push forward, I WILL dig deep, and I WILL succeed at achieving my goals. While I am a little late for this week, my goal was to slowly build my tolerance during the Core Cardio and Balance workout. I was told that you actually get used to it pretty quickly. So far, that statement has proven to be true. I am definitely still breaking a sweat, but I am not as tired as worn out after the workout. So, it looks like I will be succeeding on this week's goal even though it's kind of cheating since I waited...

Succeeded in my initial goals for starting Insanity!

Kind of a 2 week goal:

- Keep digging deep and building up endurance with Insanity workouts in preparation for month 2.

- Close out month 1 weighing in at 195 lbs (resulting in 14 lbs total weight loss in 1 month)

- Reduce calorie intake slightly to make way for more weight loss (by eating more veggies!)

Well, here goes nothing!

Update: Fell slightly short on my weight goal...ended month 1 at 198 lbs. Still solid weight loss!

My goals for week beginning 3/1/11 is to get all 6 Insanity workouts in without pain that puts me down causing wasted days. Also, walk/jog 25-30 mins on the treadmill every day. Continue to watch nutrition which needs to be my focus.

My goals for the week of 2/14/2011:

Keep with Insanity no matter how much it hurts!
(Did my fit test yesterday and I am completely sore today...oh well!)

Do my absolute best to follow the diet plan as best as possible.

Work to eventually limit my soreness going into week 2.

I want to do 3 Insanity workouts this week and stick to the following goals Mon-Fri this week:

This week I, Amy, am staying accountable and committing to the following, every day this week:

I will exercise at least 10 minutes.
I will drink at least 8 glasses of water.
I will eat within these guidelines: No late night snacks.
I will do something just for me.
I will get at least 7 hrs of sleep/ night.
I will copy this post and share the results with my SP friends.

Monday, I followed all except I had a little late-night treat. Today, I'm on par to reach my goal - including an Insanity workout today!
