I went to the doctor with my husband to have my knee checked. It got sprained around two weeks ago but I still continued with my workouts. I still have a bit of pain from it so he said to drink some medicine for it, plus ointment too. Problem is he told me to lay off working out and I signed up for a month of Zumba. Will just finish my last two weeks so I won't waste my money. I just won't do the tough moves for my knee. Rest weekend for my knee. Maybe I can do some weights if I have the energy later.
