Splenda is a sugar substitute. There are a few different kinds and I like the Stevia best. I need to get apple cider vinegar, thought I had a bottle but not. I need to write it down because everytime I go to the store I forget it. Vinegar has a lot of health benefits.

I have one that I got from Everyday Food, which is apple cider vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. It's really good.

This is how I make cole slaw

Mix well:
shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped celery, diced pimento peppers.

Dressing is a cup of apple cider vinegar, two cups water and (to taste) salt, pepper, mustard seed, celery seed and 1/2 to 3/4 cup Splenda. Mix well.

Mix dressing with cabbage mixture and refrigerate for 24 hours stirring a few times.

This lasts for a few weeks and is one of my go to low calorie faves.

Coleslaw salad is a very useful sidedish, very nice with veggie burgers and other stuff. This recipe is without vinegar and has relatively little fat:

It's great, but i want to try one with vinegar, but i'm not too keen on vinegar, so my question is, do you have a recipe with vinegar, but not one with an overpowering taste of vinegar?
