Use weight with your workout. You can use anything for weights, if you do not have real weights. I have used two 20 ounce water bottles or even cans of vegetables or fruit in the past when I did not own any weights.

This works better for me if I just create a template with all the dates for July on it and update whether I did it or not. Hope it's okay to do that!

Also, as for challenge ideas, I like having a goal of how many pounds to lose for the month; cooking healthy recipes and sharing what you made or any kind of fitness challenge.
