Challenge for November 30th:

Our challenge today is to go back and finish up any challenge that we have not done this month and would like to complete. It is also a good time to check on some of the "Monthly" goals such as the lose 5 pounds this month challenge. Then post your November final total for the month. I love Dr. Oz, but was not at home and missed it. My dear friend, Lisa Barr, was on there and I am trying to figure out how to see the episode. I knew she was going to be on there, but did not know when. She is such an inspiration to us all.

One of my favorite shows to watch is Dr. Oz and I got today's challenge idea while watching Thursdays show.

Challenge for November 9th:


Eat at least 2 Neutral-colored Foods today. His list includes mushrooms, garlic, onions, shallots and chives, BUT you can eat any neutral color food. Post what two foods you ate, then if you list other items besides what is on this list I will use them the next time I repeat this challenge.

For the month of November I will post a new challenge each day and you will have from the time I post it until December 1st to complete that days challenge. You will only get points for doing the challenge 1 time. So for November you can get 30 points if you do the challenge each day. Remember to check this thread each day as the challenge will be different every day.This way we can work on many different things during the month. After you complete each challenge come back to this thread to let us know you have finished it. Also the person with the most points at the end of the month will get a spark goodie!
