October 31st Challenge :

Our challenge today is to go back and finish up any challenge that we have not done this month and would like to complete. We have one week left in October! Today's challenge will be to eat the rainbow 2 times this week, then let us know what you ate to complete your rainbow.This can be fruits or vegetables, and you can also eat the same thing both times for a color if you chose, as long as you have it 2 different times this week. Remember you do not have to do this all in one day! Our rainbow will be Red, Orange, yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple. This may give others some ideas of things to try.

Just a total of 5 , It can be either fruits or vegetables or a mixture of the two to get in you five servings. I put the or in there now instead of and, sorry about that.

This one is going to be a real challenge. Is this 5 fruits and 5 veggies each day for 5 days??...or a total of 5 fruits or veggies a day for 5 days????

Eat 5 Fruits OR vegetables for 5 days in a row, It can be any combination as long as you get in your 5 servings.

I will be using some of the things you have listed as what goals you would like to achieve in October for our challenge so if you have anything you would like to work on please go answer this weeks Question of the week. Challenge for October 3rd is to lose 5 pounds in the month of October.

For the month of October I will be doing the challenge a little different. I will post a new challenge each day and you will have from the time I post it until November 1st to complete that days challenge. You will only get points for doing the challenge 1 time. So for October you can get 31 points if you do the challenge each day.
