I continued to go to cardiac rehab on Mon-Wed-Fri for an hour each day, plus tried to do 30 minutes of either walking or weights on the other days. Do no do anything on Sunday. That is the day I rest.

Let's all take a chance to max out our exercise! It doesn't matter if it is cardio or strength, what you want.

1 point per 10 min. of exercise
