We are going to "SWIM" in June!
S- do 25 squats
W- water (drink your eight cups)
I- in calorie range
M- move your body (at least 20 min. exercise).
1 point for one thing done each day. Total of four points available a day (obviously).
Come post each day with how many points you got and your running total for the month.
A total of 120 points for the month, if you do all four things each day!
The top two"Swimmers" will get a spark goodie!
