“…Yes, and I will rejoice, for I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayers and the provision of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, ACCORDING TO MY EARNEST EXPECTATION AND HOPE, that I will not be put to shame in anything, but that with all boldness, Christ will even now, as always, be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death” (Philippians 1:18-20).
God used this passage a long time ago to help me understand the absolute necessity of earnest expectation with hope in all we do and in every circumstance of life. This is a good thread and a great reminder. Thanks, Susan.

Plant seeds of expectation in your mind; cultivate thoughts that anticipate achievement. Believe in yourself as being capable of overcoming all obstacles and weaknesses.
- Norman Vincent Peale
I may not agree with all that this man taught, but this is very good. The WORD says that as a man thinks, so is he. How are you cultivating seeds of expectation in your mind today? Embracing the word of the LORD is so key to us becoming victorious for a lifetime.
