To record your fitness for P90X you have to create custom workouts.
To create custom strength workouts:
1.) Click on Track Strength Exercises
2.) Click on "Manage Workouts"
3.) Click on "Create a New Workout"
4.) Name the workout and click Submit
5.) Add exercises (I typed the name in)
6.) Repeat step 6 for each exercise in the workout
7.) Save the workout as a favorite.
To Create Custom Cardio Workouts:
1.) Click "Add Cardio"
2.) Click "Manually Enter Calories Burned"
3.) Enter the name of the workout
4.) Enter the time you spent working out
5.) Enter the calories burned
6.) Check "Add this Exercise to my Favorites"
7.) Click "Add Exercise"
Once these steps are done, once you want to use them again in the future, you only have to go to the respective "Favorites" section, choose them from the drop down and use them.
