I'm just starting to use iTreadmill. Some people have some bugs with this, but so far so good. Doesn't take measurements, etc into consideration so primitive in that respect, but I found it cool that it auto pauses when the door to my apartment closes behind me.

I will reach my goals.
Pedometer Ultimate V.9 - I love this app, it tracks everything (steps, distance, speed, average speed, weight, body measurement). You can also import your music playlist into the app and export your stats or connect it to Facebook.
I like Noom on my android. I start it when I am beginning my workout, it plays music and announces how many minutes I have been working out. If I am walking outdoors, it will also track the number of miles and my speed. I have found the miles per hour very useful because if I am below 3.5 miles per hour it motivates me to increase my speed. The only drawback that I found is that I need to make sure my headset is fully charged. If not I will loose the earpiece part way through and I loose the momentum.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
