I love working out to music, and Christian music gives me the best boost. Nothing like feeding the soul while you work your body! I'm more "old school" enjoying artists like Steven Curtis Chapman, Mandissa, and especially Nicole C. Mullen. Hope everyone finds their motivation in music for today and for always!
