Started out September 1, 2009 committed to exercising 30 minutes daily Monday-Friday and tracking my nutrition and fitness daily using the sparkpeople tracking tools.
This Tuesday will mark the 1/2 way point for the month of September additionally it is the 3rd time that I will be tracking my weight and waist and hip measurements in accordance to the guidelines they said to track weight waist and hip measurements weekly and for me the other measurements i.e. thighs and upper arms are to be done and recorded monthly.
