Okay, so I didn't post a challenge for August 22-23. My personal challenge has been to not lose my mind. Sorry all, I'll try to do better for next weekend (*fingers crossed*)

My kind thing is that I am liking the way my legs are looking- I wear shorts awywhere I want to now and I am not self-conscious anymore!

I must say my legs have gotten quite strong!

Yesterday I hiked a 4,800 foot mountain and I'm happy to report that I am not very sore at all this morning. Two years ago my husband and I hiked this same mountain and about halfway up I started crying and almost gave up. I did eventually make it but remembered being so sore the next morning that I didn't even get out of bed. So I'm very proud of how far I've come!

I took hubby for my walk on Saturday, and we tag-teamed the house with some heavy cleaning on Sunday

I stayed within my calorie range, tracked my fitness on Sat and Sun, drank 8 glasses of water on Saturday, but only 7 yesterday.

I stayed within my calorie range and drnk all my water, but I didn't get my fitness in this weekend. Cleaning up after a sick kid noes not = exercise (no matter how many times you do it!)

The challenge for the weekend of July 18-19 (Saturday and Sunday) is this:
Track all of your food, water, and fitness activities. Remember, the cardio tracker will find lots of things you wouldn't think of as exercise: mowing grass with a push mower, playing with kids, painting, and gardening. Just use the browse tab under Add Cardio. Have fun and post back here Sunday night or Monday to let us know how you did!
