The challenge for the weekend of July 18-19 (Saturday and Sunday) is this:
Track all of your food, water, and fitness activities. Remember, the cardio tracker will find lots of things you wouldn't think of as exercise: mowing grass with a push mower, playing with kids, painting, and gardening. Just use the browse tab under Add Cardio. Have fun and post back here Sunday night or Monday to let us know how you did!
