I should have put the music time. Justin Timberlake was mixes that were 5 to 7 minutes each. But, I felt the song would never end and I was getting tired. But yes, three songs and I got alot done. I have it written down on my calender for this Friday also. Thank U !!!

Thanks, I'm trying. Anything right now helps me. I have odd and long or late hours at work and I need the challenge and I have to use any time I can to make room for some exercise. I love this web site. Thanks again, gloria

MoonBuck, I did it. I exercised to something I hate doing but love the music. I did ab work then alternated to leg lifts. I did a total of 300 abs and 300 leg lifts. Not slow yet not fast. It was a good pace. Thanks, I luv the challenge!! My music was Get Right- Jennifer Lopez, My Love, Chop Me Up- both by Justin Timberlake and I stretched and cooled down with When I Need You- Faith Hill and Tim Mcgraw. Thanks again, great idea and challenge. Looking forward more fun. Glorie

Alright, for our first challenge, let's pick at least 3 songs (more if you'd like!) that we do some medium to high intensity cardio for the duration.

You pick the cardio - walking quickly, jumping rope, running, stair climbing, or in my case, jogging/ambling, playing basketball, even. Just push yourself to do something for the duration of 3 whole songs, at least.

Then, under the topic challeng results, post a message, and tell everyone which songs you worked out to (this will give everybody ideas for their own mp3 players!) and what kind of cardio you did!

How hard is that? 3 songs... more if you want to.

Hope to hear back from everyone! :)
