I do eat bananas,canned tomatoes,carrots,eggs,spinach and peanut butter.I need to add beans and lentals,brown rice and sweet potatoes.I will work on added these foods to my diet.

Love will cover a multitude of sins.Enjoy every blessing God has given you !
