I was reading a SparkEmail today and continued reading the article and loved this:
"Take out a pair of pants that fit snugly before you began your new, healthy habits. Are you able to ease into them, when before you had to sit (or lie) down and yank them up your legs? This is a sure sign of progress toward a leaner you! "
My size 12's that I could barely pull up my legs and had at least a 5 inch gap from snapping them are NOW fitting comfortably! The scale seems to move slowly, but this was a huge encouragement!!!! There are other ways to measure success!
