Recently I made my weight loss goals: long term, mid-term and short term and then decided on rewards for reaching those goals. Today I did my fitness goals.

Long-term goal by June/2011 and for the rest of my life: to be active and fit: riding my bike with the kids, going on nature walks, hiking, walking for 'causes' [like Walk for Life--pro-life], climbing Mount Baldy [a VERY challenging walk in our area]; and increasing my daily exercise routines.

Mid-term goals by September 27, 2010
*Increase my walk from 3 miles to 4 miles daily
* 45 minute T-Tapp workout 3x week
* Jump rope 3x week

Short term goals:
*increase my walks daily by 5 minutes until I'm walking a 15 minute mile and walking for 1 hour
*start LEARNING the 45 minute workout
*incorporate a nature walk 1x week to our school schedule
*check out walking for prolife...

Rewards:
long-term reward: reward of knowing I'm being my best [physically]for the LORD, my family & friends.

mid-term reward: When I'm walking 4 miles and day, doing 45 T-Tapp routine consistently, increasing in jump rope time then I'll go shopping in Duluth for the day.

short-term reward: if I do my routine and short term goals, then I'll have my iced coffee daily. :-))))
