I received this in an email and have been doing it for a week now. Set your phone (or some other alarm)to go off every night at 9 p.m. Est. time, and pray for one minute for our troops. There is power in prayer in numbers!

My son was lost overseas and I pray more than ever that no other mother, father, sister, brother, family has to go through what we did.

I stand in agreement with you and ask that the plans of God will prevail over the plans of man. May your will be done, Father, and not the will of our commander in chief or any world leader. You have promised us in your word that though the plans of man be many, the will of the Lord shall prevail, and we stand upon that promise. Reveal your nearness, your love, your truth to each member of our armed forces, Lord. Seek them, save them, as only you can.
