I usually work out 5 days (the sixth day, I have volleyball), but when I'm doing a workout I just check them off as I go and if I have to take a rest day for something, I just take it when I have to and then continue with the calendar. I was planning to google some ideas, too, but just haven't had a chance. Thanks!

Hey CJ:) I did some googling and found some hybrid calendars to tweak. Will work on some stuff this weekend and share it with you. The Insanity is the tough one because there are so many workouts. lol How many days a week are you shooting for? 5 or 6? May do it up in excel since it is a little easier to move around if rest days have to change.

High and Tight is amazing! Definitely have to keep that one. Getting a little tired of Cardio Axe. I hate Tummy Tuck. I've been doing Insanity Cardio Abs instead. We'll have to share notes and a calendar and then we can do it together! That would be fun!

That sounds good. I will actually have some time off over the holidays and want to work on a calender or spreadsheet of the workouts. Doing both on the same days is simply too tough on my body. Think they really do compliment one another though. I will let you know what I come up with. I like High and Tight!

I LOVE Insanity. I'm totally addicted to it. I also really enjoy BBL and the difference it's made in my thighs and butt! I definitely want to work in High and Tight and Sculpt and Bum Bum. No luck finding a pre-made plan though. I'll let you know if I find one or if I make one up! Thought about just doing the calendars for both programs every other night. Like do Insanity workout 1, then BBL workout 1, then Insanity workout 2, BBL workout 2, etc.

I actually just made a difficult decision to scale back on strength training for awhile and give the body a rest. It's been hard to get in BBL, Insanity, Zumba...with the long ST workouts. My plan is to do BBL and a mix of Insanity WO. Haven't worked out a schedule yet. Up until now BBL was something I fit in occasionally. Really enjoy the WOs though and the tush could use some work:)

No doubt you will kill the workouts!!!

Anybody ever created a calendar for doing a Brazil Butt Lift and Insanity hybrid? I really want to do them both to be bikini-ready for a March 7 Caribbean cruise, but I do much better when I have a calendar of workouts to go by. Otherwise, I tend to do my favorite ones more often!
