power jumps 34 - 40 - 43 - 48 - 53 - improvement of 19
globe jumps 12 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 16 - improvement of 2
suicide jumps 18 - 19 - 22 - 24 - 26 - improvement of 8
push up jacks 25 - 30 - 35 - 40 - 45 - improvement of 20
low plank oblique 102 - 104 - 120 - 125 - 135 (each leg counts as 1) - improvement of 33
