I finished the first month of Insanity, recovery week, and then went on spring break from teaching . . . unfortunately staying with various family members and traveling a lot didn't lend itself to workouts, even if I was relatively active. But, I'm home again, and will start with month 2 tomorrow. I'm surprised and happy with the results overall, even if I'm still a little terrified of month 2.

Did my Fit Test #3 yesterday and here are my results:

Fit test #3 (Day 30):
Switch kicks: 45/42/48
Power jacks: 33/54/49 (didn't push as hard as I could have/ should have)
Power knees: 61/91/96
Power jumps: 40/34/36
Globe Jumps: 5/8/9
Suicide jumps: 6/15/16
Push up jacks: 16/19/24
Low plank oblique: 23/20/36



August 1: 145 lbs
Sept 1: 140 lbs
October 1: 135 lbs

Are switch kicks counted as individual kicks? I've been counting a pair as one. Guess it doesn't matter as long as I'm consistant.

Fabulous job COCOA-JUMBO!!! I noticed the same thing when I did the program - lots of inches lost but not really a lot of scale movement!! BUT changes are definitely happening and you should be SO proud of your progress!! Keep up the great work!! You're gonna ROCK month 2!!!

Guess I was right when I felt like my arms and shoulders were looking more toned!!

I've lost .25" on thighs, .25" on relaxed bicep, 1.5" on my waist, and .5" on my hips!

The odd thing is that I haven't lost any weight.

Very nervous about starting Month 2 tomorrow! I did my Fit Test today along with the last recovery week workout. I figured I'd get more out of tomorrow if I didn't do the Fit Test the same day.

Keep digging deep, y'all!

That's so awesome !!! On my third fit test I also completed one less power jump then before. I think it's because my form was much better than before. I'm sure you've noticed your squat is deeper ;) Great job !!!

Just completed it yesterday, here are my results!

Switch kicks 68 to 98 to 101
power jacks 35 to 41 to 42
power knees 49 to 78 to 92
power jumps 24 to 40 to 39 :(
globe jumps 6 to 10 to 11
suicide jumps 11 to 15 to 17
push up jacks 15 to 20 to 26
low plank oblique 21 to 30 to 28 :(

Went down by a few on two exercises but overall I have improved an average of 58% since Day 1!!! Woohoo!!!
