Just did my first fit test! Wow, I realized I have pretty awful upper body strength so I could not do many suicide jumps or push up jacks at all.

Any tips for getting grip carpet for the plank and push ups? I was wearing grippy runners, that didn't work, socks then didn't work and bare feet didn't- help!
