Yeah - I look at my prior fit tests before I take another one. It pushes me harder to know that I've got a certain number that I need to hit or exceed - but once again, everyone is different

I would personally compare my results to prior fit tests - this was reinforcement to me that my body was getting stronger and making progress. But I guess its up to you - you can do whatever you like

What are everyone's thouhts on the fit tests...Do you look at your prior results, so you have a goal to beat? Or not look at prior results so that your get a more true measurement? I didn't look this time, but I might next time. You?

I just finished up the second fitness test and here are my results.

I noticed they all increased in number from week 1 but like 2 but I went down on two moves:
Power jacks and Power jumps BUT. I will admit before I didn't have the right form and well it was the first time learning all the moves right. So in reality I see my improvement ;-) I'm so proud of myself.Shoooot I did one push up I'm excited about that!

I'll have to get my fit test results tonight when I'm at home, but I did Fit Test #2 yesterday and did better on everything except for switch kicks (went backwards). However, the best thing is that I've lost 3.25 inches total so far! WOOHOO!

Overall, I improved an average of 46% on my exercises!!! Pretty excited--although I don't see any visual or scale evidence of being in better shape, at least I know I can perform better!
