I started off strong anyways! It was a rough test but I powered through it. I started losing weight at 346 lbs in January, I've lost 87 lbs in about 5 months. Started off with walking then incorporated a strength training routine 3x per week and then started going Jillian Michaels' workout dvds. Now I walk 5-10 miles per day and have just started Insanity (just finished Day 3) I LOVE Insanity! It's tough and I love it! I can't wait to see my results! I'm thinkin' it'll kick start my weightloss into overdrive again since my body was getting used to the Jillian workouts, but I'm glad I started with Jillian, she does a lot of the same moves so I was well prepared for this workout-- you can tell by how well I did on some of the fit test, like the switch kicks, got those in the bag! And she does things like butt kicks, high knees and a lot of plank stuff so I was ready for this, but insanity is like her workouts on steroids, just crazy, but I love it :)
