Just completed Fit Test #2 today...here are my results! The first numbers are Fit Test #1 results.

I definitely think it is easier to push myself when I have a number I want to beat. Today felt amazing!

I just wanted to say way to go! Stick with it! I am on week 3 and it is becoming a habit now. If I do not do it I miss it! Take it easy. I felt ridiculous the first week because I could hardly keep up. Now I feel stronger than I have in a long time although I have to watch out for my back on some of the exercises I just have to work hard on my core muscles right now. Keep it up I look forward to hearing from you!

Fit test after week 2. I was in poor shape going into this after 5 years of major medical problems and surgeries. I have fibromialgia as well and when common sense says stay away, I chose to do insanity because before my 5 years bad luck I was extremely athletic and hard is the only way I know. That being said this is how I am progressing from horrible shape to awesome:

Started Insanity last week and it's been - yes, INSANE....almost gave up last week but I really wanna build my endurance. So I stuck it out...

Feel much better this week (definitely MIND over matter) although the moves are still hard. Looking forward to my next Fit Test. :-)

Ok third time doing the fit test - it was really hard... as usual, my lungs were burning, I did better on most of the exercises!

second fit test is in the books.

day-1 / day - 15
Switch Kicks - 66 / 59 (my number went down on these but the kicks were much higher. I went from kicking knees to kicking the mid section, on most of them. So I'm super happy)

Power Jacks - 46 / 59
Power Knees - 85 / 110
Power Jumps - 28 / 44

Push up Jacks - 19 / 28

I can't imagine that I will have the same increases on the next round (that would be insane). But it was fun this time around. :)
