I know what you mean about comparing it to the first round. I am thinking of just removing the fit test and do it at the end of the round so it is less pressure!

I haven't fully decided if I should start round 2 of Insanity but I decided to begin with Fit Test Day 1 today...just in case I decide to proceed with Round 2.

But overall I'm happy and I did this test in the hotel fitness center in front of a couple guys lifting weights so I'm proud I even had the guts to do it!!!!

Some def improvement in some areas, stalemate in others. Gotta say though if I wasn't intent on beating my previous numbers I probably would have stopped midway through most of the excercises!! My mind and my body seemed to have a meeting without my consent and decided "yup, we're done".

I've hit my goal weight, but honestly was on track to do that any way, no real change in numbers unless you count my ladies shrinking ( now that just ain't fair )!

Great work @Iamaofseven on your increased results! I must admit that I don't miss the fit tests, but I do enjoy the TurboFire/Insanity hybrid! Keep up the great work.

Starting: 140.5
Ending: GW 110

Milestones:
Goal: 119 by vacation 7/29/2012 . Actual: 123 but got bikini ready! Only 4 above goal. Returned from vacation with 2 extra pounds.

Goal: 123 by birthday 08/22. Actual: 123.5!

Goal: 118 by son's birthday 09/10. - Slacked so much and still at 123.5ish (haven't officially weight in yet)

How? Workout 6 days a week, burn at

Final fit test! Yeah! I did worse in some though.

Fit Test #4!!!

Dang! I did worse in some. I thought I was banging them out and then when I wrote them down realized I did worse. Sad.

switch kicks = 100/110/118/111/123
Power Jacks = 43/57/56/59/63
Power Knees = 76/94/96/92/104
Power Jumps = 39/35/42/56/50 - Worse! Took everything I had to get this. Won't miss them!
Globe Jumps = 9/11/13/14/14
Suicide Jumps = 15/15/17/18/20
Push Up Jacks = 11/20/24/29/30
Plank Oblique’s = 56/60/69/73/69 - Worse! I was speant by this exercise. I just couldn't get into it.
