I'm new to Flybabies and had to read the original list:
Here are some suggestions:
1. email
2. clothes
3. food in the frig or pantry
4. trash in the yard
5. papers
6. junk mail
7. purging the address book
8. books and magazines
9. toys
10. craft supplies
11. old toiletries
12. cleaning supplies
13. dishes

I've got the address book done, the old toiletries and the books and magazines. Now to start on the pantry!

Is there anything else that we could put on list?

How about
14. medicines and first aid products

God grant me the serenity to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.

We moved recently into a much larger house which could mean more space for junk but we managed to dispatch extra dishes, extra pans (the old set I was holding onto for just in case - not really sure what that was all about) and extreme winter clothes since we moved from the northeast to the gulf coast.

Today my girls went through and picked out 15 dolls and stuffies and the rest are headed to the Salvation Army. (We do this every few months, I'm not just a big meanie.)

I went through my makeup and tossed anything more than 6 months old and socks.... Particularly the baby socks - anything without a mate got tossed (my washer seems to eat baby socks.)

Tomorrow, the fridge and tupperware cupboard. I seem to have more covers than bowls again.

I also decluttered facebook. I took off about 100 people, list is about 60 people now. Facebook can be a complete time-suck, even though I only visit it once every few days and very rarely post.

We finally got the back deck looking like it should. Took a few hours and 3 of us (one very reluctantly), but it looks so much better. The trash is picked up and everything is in it's place.

Well I've done quite a bit of purging. Junk mail, knick-knacks sitting around, email (though not fast enough). Also clean my closet floor and decluttered my desk. That was a big move.

I starting to remove myself from email list. Why didn't I think of that before?

All kinds of stuff going away - not enough or fast enough during the move, but several empty boxes over the past few days.

Sorry bout the name... Psalm3rd not Psalm23. Smile.

A smile can make it all feel a little better. So, I go and smile at myself in the mirror. Shallow or what? But it works... My name is Kathy and I'm Pennsylvania.

EEK! Old cosmetics! What a grand idea and one that has been nagging me for the last 5 years. Again I say, "EEK!" Thanks so much for the idea and challenge Psalm23

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday was spent purging those old boxes and baskets of stash and dash things. No there weren't that many, just 15 minutes a day, lol. Need one more 15 minute sitting to finish them off, then on to something else, yipee!

I went thru the pantry this morning. Now I'm heading to my younger granddaughter's room to purge her outgrown clothes. emoticon This afternoon, I'll go thru my big girl's toys and put back the ones that she outgrew.

For the next two weeks, least see what we can get rid of. Each day let's try to get rid of something different. Or in a different area. And guess what, if you get rid of any weight, that counts too!

Here are some suggestions:
1. email
2. clothes
3. food in the frig or pantry
4. trash in the yard
5. papers
6. junk mail
7. purging the address book
8. books and magazines
9. toys
10. craft supplies
11. old toiletries
12. cleaning supplies
13. dishes

Well let us know what you purge so maybe we can follow suit.
