For this topic, what I'd like you to do is sit back and look at yourself through your friends' eyes. What is it that your friends like about you? What kinds of compliments do they pay you? Do you make people laugh? Do you listen to people talk? Do you lend a hand when somebody needs it?
Write down 5 things you think your best friends would say about you. Now write those 5 things down here and on a piece of paper. Put your paper up somewhere you will see it on a daily basis - bathroom mirror, bedroom closet door, fridge etc.
This does work...I've tried it. It's amazing what a sheet of paper with a few positive words on it will do to start your day right and help you end on a positive note.
