Great article Terri. Anybody, please feel free to share links to sites or articles you may find interesting. What one person usually finds motivating or interesting usually does the same for many others. thanks so much for the link. emotional eating is my main problem because i have found that most of the time when i eat i am not physically hungry but need something to fill my emotional needs i am joining oa because it address this

Terri - I just tryed to go there and it took me to prevention site, but not article.

Do you know how to add a link? If you keep spark page open and then open another window for prevention magazine. on spark reply you will see add a link at top - copy and paste prevention address from address bar at top to the box that opens when you hit the add a link.
