sorry i havent been on much today fell off the diet wagon for 2 days and iam feeling bad and feeling like iam letting my team mates down I know tomorrow is a new day to start fresh and on the right foot and that what i will do i have come too far to turn back now i wrote in my blog all about everything. Iam also catching a cold but i still hope to be here like a good team leader should so lets go we can and will do this

i sort of fell off the diet wagon today i had 3 donuts and a big cookie i feel so guilty but i have also forgiving myself and i wont give up i also didnt workout today but i did finish my laundry i hope everyone did better then me today

ID LOVE TO LOOSE WEIGHT BUT I HAVENT FOUND ONE THATS RIGHT FOR ME, COS I CANT EAT ANY VEG AT ALL APART FROM POTATOES, CANT EAT SALADS OT FRUIT COS THEY ALL MAKE ME VOMIT. IM ALSO DISABLED , SO I CANT GET AROUND AS GOOD AS NORMAL PEOPLE. emoticon I ALSO HAVE A DAUGHTER WIV A DISABILITY TOO
