Oops! Can't take this one back, either.
Tonight I went to a benefit auction and bid on a pound cake. So much for me trying to get the bid up higher -- I ended up with it.
If I was smart I would freeze it and serve it at Thanksgiving or Christmas...

I bought a coconut meringue pie on my way back from Florida. Part of me wants to take it back, and part of me doesn't. In two days I've eaten two very small pieces, so I'm trying to practice restraint, anyway.

Uh-oh. Just caught myself dipping my spoon in the peanut butter, eating straight from the jar.

I know I have a problem when I don't WANT to take it back!
I bought some packages of Jordan's Almonds at Buc-ee's travel center, and I keep them in a drawer. Sometimes I can eat just a few, and at other times I eat probably 10 or so. I'm addicted to these things, and I don't really want to quit...
Bad. I know.

I ate two chalupas for lunch yesterday, which weren't all that bad for me, but then I finished off my grandson's bean and cheese nachos.

Sure was tasty, but yesterday evening I probably shouldn't have eaten all the bagel crisps and cream cheese with raspberry chipolte sauce on top.

I was doing fine this week but last night I ate ice cream with Bailey's Irish Creme on top. I don't dare weigh myself this morning.

Today it was tortilla chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant.

Last week it was a Snickers bar. Last night it was three small Reece's peanut butter cups. This chocolate seems to be calling my name.

Macaroni and Cheese...the dinner of an over worked 23 year old :( Not my finest hour!
Caved in and bought four different kinds of fudge pieces at a restaurant on Friday. Have almost finished them off. Tasty, but not the best choice I have made in awhile.

Hope you're doing better this week. I helped my sister celebrate her birthday last week-end, and fell hard off the bandwagon, too. What was I thinking?!?!

OMG this entire week! I tried this week but i have so much stress right now! and I am saving up for a gym membership in Dec. so I keep postponing my "being healthier" man I fell hard off the bandwagon! I need a miracle! ASAP!
Let's see... Would it be the two hot dogs with chili that I had on Friday night? Or the three pepperoni pizza slices at Chuck E. Cheese with the grandkids on Saturday night? The HUGE taco salad on Sunday, or the pasta, avocado and bruschetta I had last night? I've got to stop this downhill spiral! Just when I was doing much better!!!

Yesterday I ate two fun size bags of chips after work cause I was so hungry and the house has no food plus i was too tired to cook... oh man!
Yesterday I had a "fun size" Mcflurry at McDonalds... it was much smaller than the original McFlurries, I will give myself that even though I could have eaten a regular one I picked the smallest size...but I ate one all the same (sigh) oh well I'll get back on the band wagon one of these days. I'm trying, one step at a time right!
Yeah, sometimes I forget that beverages can be bad choices too. Before this Spark program I had no idea things like Margaritas could pack on the calories... I only assumed foods were the enemy but now I know water is the best choice to compliment a meal while dining out. It's usually the cheapest and it doesn't sneak in an extra 100 calories before the meal is over!
We all know that some days are just... too hard to resist that one item! No matter how good you've been that little devil in your head says "It's just one thing, and Ill work it off later today!". If you could take back just one thing you ate today what would it be?
