I'm really trying not to be depressed that in 3 1/2 weeks of cutting back, eating healthier and exercising EVERY DAY, the total I've lost is 3lbs! Trying to look on the bright side. First, it could always be worse. Second, my metabolism has never been my best friend. Third, I AM cutting down a lot on salt. So there IS a bright side. Hopefully I'll get to the 180's in August.
