Already lost 3 pounds from my last weigh-in, but today is the starting weigh in.
Also, you don't have to limit it to every Friday. I use Friday/Saturday as my usual weigh-in days so that if I blow it over the weekend I have 4-5 days to fix it, which was precisely the case for me this week. Other's like Monday as it f"forces" them to be good over the weekend. Just pick which ever weigh-in day works for you, and stick with it.

Here we'll work to lose 10% of our weight between March 16th and Sept. 16th. Just cut and past the templet below. Starting weight is what you weigh on March 16th. First week weigh in will be March 23rd. I will post a reminder each week.
