emoticon Each step to another room is exercise. Start small and stick with it. If I over do it I give up. emoticon

I would say any exercise is better than none, so 10 mins will be great! Yes, set a small weekly goal which should make it easier for you to stick with.

It's so much better to set smaller goals that will soon become habit & then add on later when you find you need it. Goals that are set too high can't readily fit in our lives so smaller, more consistent work outs will prove to be a winning move for you!

i had posted awhile back that i would set a goal for 60 minutes of exercise every day but so far i haven't been able to do that so i'm going to try and do it for 10 minutes every day instead. i have been in depression and that isn't any fun. i finnaly got some meds. changed and that should help. it seems like every time i set a goal to quit smoking i end up in depression for smoe reason. so i'm here instead typing on the computer. it's only 3:00 am here in ca. and this is something that i can do is post and read at this time of the morning.
