1. A rededication to logging all of my food and exercise 2. Not exceeding 2000 mg of sodium, though ideally my target will remain 1500 or less per day 3. Cholesterol less than 100 per day. 4. Take public transit to work 3 times per week - which has been my target this year 5. Not exceed maximum fat and calories each day
