I'm ahead of the game. Today I had tomatoes, beets, green beans, sweet potatoes and white potatoes. Too bad I didn't have eggplant, that would have rounded out the color wheel nicely. Oh, and I had chocolate cake for dessert, does that count? Brown is a color!

Good challenge, I'm in. We ran across a farmer's market with some good tomatoes yesterday, this late in the season it's amazing. I'll put that with the baby arugula greens, red pepper and carrots in my frig for my first day.

I accept the challenge, I don't know what I will have tomorrow, but I will report in. This is a very good idea to make us more aware!

This is a good challenge, and I might even manage to be successful in this one. Tomorrow I'm going to make a salad with pink beans, red pepper, tomatoes and cucumbers. Not a whole lot of different colors there, but at least there are a few and so it's a start.
There was much rejoicing!

It is said that eating different colors of food can help to ensure you are getting all the proper nutrients. So the challenge is to eat as much or all of the colors of the rainbow as you can.
