I've been on some teams that do challenges such as visiting team member's pages and making comments. I think any type of healthy activity even if it's just posting to a journal would be great. Another type would be goal setting, i.e. post a personnal goal and try to meet that goal each week. This is kind of fun seeing everyone's goals and may "spark" others to do a goal similar to one that is posted.

It's tough to always have to think of new challenges...
OK. There's the obvious; a Low Sodium challenge. Everyone could post their daily sodium intake. How about posting a low sodium recipe? Ways to reduce sodium in our diets?
I think there is only so many low sodium challenges that I can thin of. I know on my Clean Eating team, I always try and make the challenges relate to clean eating. Hmmm... I will think on this some more. Tough!
As I joined to be a co-leader, I suddenly went from co-leader to sole leader, which is OK, except it couldn't have hit at a worse time in terms of available time and in the midst of a "healthy lifestyle slump."
The tradition is to have challenges each month, and obviously I missed October.
I'd like some input: What kind of challenges would you suggest as we head toward November?
