Hi team mates, I just finished 40 min. on the treadmill and walked 1.01 miles. Because of a heart rate problem I am not allowed by Doctor to speed up. I have to do it slower then I would like. It is surprising how difficult it is to stay slow, you have a tendency to want to increase your speed as you go!!

Hi team mates, I am joining this challenge because I seem to have trouble committing to a daily exercise program. Day 1, I will do at least 30 min on the treadmill. I will also stay in range on the salt intake. Both my husband and I have a lot of medical issues, one being water retention. We are both on medication for it, so limiting salt can only help with this. I have been trying with the salt, but salt seems to be in everything. I have been tracking daily, but so many times I go over with the salt even when I think I am doing everything right.
