Hope your sciatic nerve feels better soon. I definitely know how that feels, pinched mine a couple of years ago and took must of the summer to get back to walking normal again and being able to sit in a chair comfortably. Well wishes sent your way for a speedy recovery!

I've been laid up since Friday with a sciatic nerve problem. NOT FUN!! So, my usual exercise is on hold since I can't be on my feet very long. And I can't sit at all. But I'm comfortable lying down, and I'm doing the exercises I did when I last had this a year ago. I can't start PT till next week, but I can do the stretching now.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Phil. 4:13

I need to work on more cardio via walking and more strength training. May play some of my son's favorite music and dance to it. Who knows. Also, will focus on drinking more water, kind of been off today on that a bit.

Sorry this challenge is a bit late today, so will make it a two day one, as a result.

The challenge for today and tomorrow is to find areas that need improvement, whether it be with dieting, exercise, or just something you need to do at home in your personal life and focus on getting things done.

Please feel free to share what you are working on.
