Yesterday was my day off/rest day. Today I did a full body strength training workout and also a two mile Leslie Sansone "on demand" program. I would love to have worked in my yard but it was over 100 here today.
Running errands, bank, library, market, then home for lunch and 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the stationary bike. It is too hot to go out this afternoon. 106 degrees. I may hit the treadmill again this evening.

As for myself, on Friday I mowed our entire yard and the front half of a neighbors yard (as a good deed), along with weed whacking both of them and then ran some errands to three different stores with tons of walking. Saturday, mowed the back half of neighbors yard, helped hubby with weed whacking the back of our yard, went for a swim, had fun chasing my son and dog around the house, and fixed all of our meals at home. Sunday....still to be determined.
