Yesterday was my day off/rest day. Today I did a full body strength training workout and also a two mile Leslie Sansone "on demand" program. I would love to have worked in my yard but it was over 100 here today.

I took a walk yesterday & today was also a walk of more than 14 blocks

I spent 35 minutes with upper body strength training and 60 minutes on the treadmill. I skipped all workouts yesterday so I kind of punished myself today.

Running errands, bank, library, market, then home for lunch and 15 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the stationary bike. It is too hot to go out this afternoon. 106 degrees. I may hit the treadmill again this evening.

Doing some house cleaning and shopping on Saturday.
Sunday I plan on walking around a lake that is 1 /14 around....might go twice.emoticon

This weekend's challenge is just to stay active / keep busy. Please feel free to post how you are keeping active as this can sometimes give other members new ideas on things to do and try. Remember to have some fun!

As for myself, on Friday I mowed our entire yard and the front half of a neighbors yard (as a good deed), along with weed whacking both of them and then ran some errands to three different stores with tons of walking. Saturday, mowed the back half of neighbors yard, helped hubby with weed whacking the back of our yard, went for a swim, had fun chasing my son and dog around the house, and fixed all of our meals at home. Sunday....still to be determined.
