I'm going to take a 5 1/2 mile walk today to the pool & then go swimming.

Every time I rely on Jesus He never lets me down.

Done - check it out:

2x15 ball bridges
2x15 forward lunges
2x15 lateral lunges
2x15 lying adduction
2x15 lying abduction

Also, walked 44.5 min, ran 2.5 min, and did 3x30 ball crunches! WOO HOOOOOOO!

Today's challenge is to work your lower body. Please select three or four exercises, either here on Sparkpeople or some of your own and work that lower body.

For myself:

1 - Squats
2 - Standing Abduction
3 - Standing Adduction
4 - Calf Raises
