I've done 60 modified push-ups today in addition to my 90 ball crunches and 60 lying abductions.

Hello Team! Sorry I missed Friday and this weekend for challenges, but it was crazy around here.

Today's challenge is to select three or four strength training exercises for your arms. It can be from the Sparkpeople selection or from some of your own exercises.

Please share with everyone what you will be doing.

For myself:

1 - Closed Arm Wall Push-ups
2 - Lateral Raises
3 - Tricep Dips
4 - Not sure yet...
